Support at Home prices start at $85 for a 30-minute in-clinic session, and can go up to as much as $462 for an in-home assessment, travel, exercise program, and report with recommendations for suburbs as far south as Alligator Creek or as far north as Bluewater.

Gold or White Card holders can have their treatments billed to DVA, which includes manual therapy, exercise, equipment, and exercise prescription. You will need a “D904” referral from your GP, which will cover 12 treatment sessions.
Your GP may choose to refer you for treatment if you have a chronic health condition that requires physiotherapy management. Fortunately, physiotherapy sessions can often be bulk billed to Medicare - speak to your GP or contact Lachlan for more information.

For new clients with multiple areas of concern, this appointment is ideal. It is also suitable for those who prefer a slightly longer session or need treatment for more than one area. This time allotment accommodates services such as dry needling, hydrotherapy, gym-based programs, and exercise plans.
Home or community visits will incur a travel fee in addition to the therapy fee.
For new clients with one area of concern or for follow-up appointments, this time allotment is also suitable for dry needling, hydrotherapy, gym-based programs, and exercise plans.

This shorter follow-up treatment session allows you to review and progress with your treatment, as well as advance your exercises if necessary. It is also suitable for balance assessments.
However, please note that this session is not suitable for hydrotherapy, gym-based programs, or exercise plans.

Travel for local home or community visits is charged at $33 for each 15 minutes of travel to and from the location. This typically totals around $66, with exceptions to some outlying suburbs.

Starting from July 1, 2025, the maximum fee chargeable is $183.99 as set by the NDIS. We charge $160, allowing you to maximize your therapy within your budget.
